AA S200/ CZ200 Quick fill with Bar manometr
Quick Fill is a device that replaces the original air tube plug. This quick fill has both gauge and filling hole for pin and there is no need to air tube unscrew the body of the rifle. In addition to greater comfort in the filling quick fill particularly useful when installing the regulator, since then no longer fill through regulator which eliminates the need for each fill fire several shots before the chamber pressure regulator drops in regulated value.
After installing the quick fill, is the air tube with the regulator after filling immediately ready to fire. For rifles that are basically quick fill and not the gauge ( AirArms S200 ), I can offer quick fill, including already installed gauge.
The new quick fill plug is longer compared to the original brass plug, by only 4 mm, there is no need to worry about the problem of mounting adapters at the end of the barrel. Filling is possible from both sides so that it is always available at least one side of the filling hole at any angle air tube to the barrel. It is therefore not necessary to indicate the position of the air tube before mounting.
Price quick fill is 50 euro with shipping ( +12 euro for black gauge ). In the price is included a new plug and filling pin with adapter, that can be screwed onto the hose with threaded G 1/8 internal or external, depending on whether or not to apply reduction the filling pin.
If you ordering Quick fill, make sure to mention, if you have airtube with gauge or not.

Before removing plug we need to drain all air from airtube. When we unscrewing plug first time, airtube may need to be attached in a vice. To avoid scratches and rotation airtube in vice is advisable to wrap the sandpaper around airtube(rough side out) and attached it between to woods, or rubber (for the sake of the surface). The end of the jaws should be located about 3 cm from the edge of the pipe where is plunge. Then use the 2 short screws (rod) and inserted them into the holes in the pludge body. Then use pliers ( wrench) for squeeze screw heads. Then you just unscrew the pludge (classic thread – unscrew counter-clockwise). Unscrewing will go really heavily. After the initial unscrew will next unscrew go much better, in some cases even by hands.

This is quickfill with installed manometer, so there is no need for this part.
After unscrewing plug we will unscrew manometer with Allen key in a clockwise direction.
Put o-ring 9,25×1,78 on manometer, o-ring is delivered with the quickfill. Check the cleanliness in new plug and screw in it manometer (check out its cleanliness and if the o-ring id not damaged). Tight strongly in hand and screw plug back into airtube (again just tightened by hand in order not to damage the O-ring).
Pin and filling
Filling pin can be screwed without reduction to airline G 1/8 male threads. With the reduction of the internal thread. Tighten the airline only for O-ring inside the pin, again by hand. The outer O-rings on the pin must be kept lubricated to prevent damage. Replacement O-rings are 2×1 and come in a bag with quick fill. When connecting pin, make sure that its larger diameter touches the wall plugs. Fill airtube slowly = open bottle filling valve slowly and only a small opening. If pressure leak out from airtube when we relieve pressure in air line, remove plug again and check on the backside small-ring, if it is slightly crushed between the screw head and the wall plug.
It must not be pressed too much not even to little, o-ring has to be clean and not damaged.
